Your website is built first and you see it working before money comes up. If you buy it, these are the prices. They're all-inclusive: nothing is added at checkout.

Hosting
Your site stays online at your domain, or at the free link we give you. Nothing to set up.
Small changes
Up to three a month: new prices or hours, a new service, a photo you send us. See below for what counts.
Your files, any time
Want to host it yourself? We send you the files free, whenever you ask, once the site is paid for.
Pick one, or none. Nothing renews automatically.
Before your first year is up, we ask which you'd like. There's no auto-renewal and no card on file.
Changes plan
Carry on exactly as in your first year: hosting plus up to three small text or photo changes a month. Cancel any month.
Hosting care
Hosting, kept online and secure, and fixes if anything we built stops working. Content changes aren't included; we quote them when you need one, or you can switch to the changes plan in any month.
Take your files
We send you the complete site to host wherever you like. It's yours to keep.
What counts as a small change
- Editing or replacing text: prices, opening hours, phone numbers, a seasonal notice
- Adding or removing a service, product or staff member
- Adding or swapping a photo you send us
- Moving or re-ordering existing sections
What doesn't
- A new page: NZ$59 each
- A redesign or a new feature: quoted first, and nothing is done until you agree the price

The only other thing you might pay for
Your domain name (for example, yourbusiness.co.nz). Register it in your own name with any New Zealand registrar and pay them directly. We don't sell domains, so there's no mark-up from us and the name is always yours. Once your site is paid for, we help point it at your site. You can also skip the domain and use the free link we give you.
That's it. There are no setup fees, card fees or monthly charges you didn't choose.
See it, claim it, then pay
- You see your finished website at a preview link first. Previews stay live for 14 days.
- If you like it, you claim it and pick any extras. Nothing is charged at that point.
- We email you the total and payment details. You pay by bank transfer or PayPal, using your build reference. No card details ever touch our site.
- Once your payment lands, we connect your domain or send you the files. Until then your site stays a preview.
Straight answers
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The site price is all-inclusive, the first 12 months of hosting and small changes are included, and the only thing outside our prices is a domain name if you want one, which you pay your registrar for directly.
Can I pay for the website itself monthly?
No. The site is a one-off purchase, and once it's paid for you own it. The only monthly option is the changes plan, which is optional and starts after your included first year.
What happens if I don't choose a plan after the first year?
We ask before your year is up. If you'd rather not continue with us, we send you the files so your site can live wherever you choose to host it.
Why is the launch price lower?
It's for our first ten customers. After that, the standard prices in the table above apply.
Can I change my mind after seeing the preview?
Yes. Until you claim it, you owe nothing. If the preview isn't right, ask for changes (three free rounds), start over, or simply close the tab.
